Senior Project Manager, AIA - Tim is responsible for All phases of a project, from Pre-Design and Concept Development through Construction Administration Services, with his focus on the Residential and Club projects. Over 20+ years, Tim has worked on a variety of project types, styles, and scopes in locations throughout the US, with his greatest focus on luxury single-family homes. His education and experience have fostered a passion for historical American styles, and a design philosophy focused on proportion and proper detailing, in order to create beautiful buildings no matter the style.
